We are looking for an experienced Branch Coordinator to support our dispatcher and supervisor, assist with branch coordination, and ensure smooth operations. This role involves customer service, operations oversight, communications, performance tracking, compliance, inventory management, and staff training.
Responsibilities
+ Support the dispatcher by writing purchase orders and adding to orders.
+ Assist the supervisor by taking on administrative tasks and responsibilities.
+ Support storage operations and manage both sides of the process.
+ Assist with disputes, credits, and provide necessary training for branch coordination.
+ Greet visitors, manage calls, and resolve customer issues.
+ Oversee delivery and returns while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
+ Prepare reports, manage emails, and communicate effectively with vendors and customers.
+ Track performance, identify issues, and implement solutions.
+ Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and risk controls.
+ Order currency and maintain inventory levels.
+ Educate staff on company policies and procedures.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with purchase orders and ERP systems.
+ Proficiency in data entry.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
+ Administrative support experience.
+ Customer support skills.
+ Experience with RMA processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ AA Degree preferred.
+ High School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of experience or AA Degree with 1 year of experience.
+ At least 1 year of administrative and branch coordination experience.
+ Experience in rental or construction industries.
+ Computer literacy in SAP, Salesforce, and Excel.
Work Environment
The position is 100% on-site in Carson. You will work in an office setting within trailers, alongside other branch and sales representatives. The dress code is business casual with closed-toe shoes. This is a part-time role (3 days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) with potential for full-time. The schedule is 8:00am-4:30pm or 7:30am-4:00pm. The assignment is temporary, with the possibility of becoming contract-to-hire.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr.
