Position Overview:
We are seeking a RN Branch Director to oversee the daily operations of our local branch in Reidsville, NC. This role is responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving the growth and success of the branch while delivering exceptional patient care.
Location: Reidsville Branch
Coverage area: Rockingham County
Schedule: Full Time

Responsibilities Responsible for the delivery of care for all patients served by the Branch by providing supervision and support to the Clinical ManagerRecognizes the clinical leadership of and provides support and supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care servicesMaintains office operations in an efficient, productive, effective, and organized manner, which provides a safe working environment for employees, meeting local ordinances and fire and safety regulations in compliance with the company policiesEnsures deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys, or audits are addressed and correctedSupervises all administrative employees assigned to the Branch, and through the clinical manager(s), the clinical staff. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch Qualifications RN license (either ASN or BSN)Minimum of one to two years of experience in health services administration, with at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health Care or a related Health Care program, per state specific and federal requirementsFive years of experience in leadership or business development, preferred Valid license from the state practicing inCurrent CPR certification About our Line of Business Adoration Home Health and Hospice provides quality and compassionate services in the comfort of home, providing support for patients, families and caregivers in their time of need.
