GCG is currently seeking two relationship-driven, results-oriented Branch Engagement Managers to join our Low Voltage team.  As a Branch Engagement Manager, you’ll report to the Low Voltage Program Manager and you’ll focus on engaging, educating, and entertaining key points of contact at branch-level systems integrator accounts, building strong relationships with decision-makers, educating stakeholders, and fostering adoption of our low voltage connectivity solutions.

 

You’ll leverage your keen abilities to connect with people, overcome challenges, and deliver exceptional customer experiences to identify and engage branch level sales, engineering, and purchasing associates and drive adoption of our low voltage products.

 

This role requires a proactive mindset, adaptability, and a strong ability to collaborate across teams while driving measurable outcomes.

 

While this role offers a remote work arrangement, heavy travel (50% to 75%) is required. 

 

What you’ll do

 

Branch Engagement (80%)

 

Establish and nurture relationships with branch-level decision-makers, including application engineers, sales representatives, and buyersDrive branch-level adoption of our solutions through personalized engagements such as in-person visits, technical training sessions, and tailored presentationsExecute the E3 engagement strategy by achieving milestones for priority branches:Engage: Initiate contact and build trust through calls, emails, and meetingsEducate: Deliver product training sessions to highlight advantages and applicationsEntertain: Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders through informal events and gatherings

Insights and Collaboration (20%)

 

Gather actionable insights during engagements to share with the Sales Enablement and Marketing teams, supporting the development of tools and resources for deeper branch-level impactDevelop branch-specific case studies to demonstrate success stories and build internal momentum within accountsProvide regular reports on engagement progress, challenges, and opportunities to the GCG Low Voltage Program Manager

What you’ll bring

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experienceProven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships2-5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles, preferably in B2B or technical fields; experience in the wire and cable or low-voltage industries strongly preferredExperience in the systems integration space (security, fire, life safety, audio / visual, or IT networking)Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiencesHighly organized and self-motivated, with excellent time management and prioritization skillsFamiliarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platformsBackground in delivering technical training or workshopsWillingness to travel 50-75% for in-person branch engagements
