Our Client is looking for a Branch Manager in the Heavy Machinery and fleet service industry.
Our client is excited to add a true leader to their team who will grow alongside this well-poised company in a thriving field. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations in the GTA including staff management and client acquisition.
Branch Manager responsibilities: Managing the service team in the Greater Toronto Area Maintaining a safe and efficient program Establish and maintain relationships with current clients and acquire new ones. Managing both employees and customers Providing daily reports Provide customer service to new and existing customers Attending, and managing trade shows, small maintenance and repairs, promotional events, charity functions and other duties involving customer service and sales The successful candidate has: A licensed Mechanic 3+ years Experience in a management position Personable individual who will drive people in a positive way. Exceptional communications skills both written and verbal Highly organized with a Strong strategic acumen for leading growth opportunities Compensation and benefits: The discussed salary range is $140,000 – $160,000+ depending on experience Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered Comprehensive benefits package RRSP matching Bonus structure Only candidates already eligible to work in Canada will be reviewed.
