ABOUT THE ROLE\n

F&M Trust is looking to hire a Community Office Manager (COM) to manage our Ritner Highway and Newville Community Offices, with the primary office being located at the Ritner Highway location. This individual will report directly to the Regional Market Manager and will have a heavy emphasis on business development in the greater Carlisle area. This individual will provide leadership to two Assistant Community Office Managers, and indirectly supervise, mentor, motivate, and encourage other staff located in the offices who are focused on operational aspects, internal sales activities, and exceptional customer experiences. To lead the charge in sales activities, this individual will exemplify a holistic relationship management approach by seeking out and developing new business and consumer deposit accounts, pursuing consumer loan growth, referring customers and prospects for other bank products and services, promoting team sales success within the office, and more. \n

This Community Office Manager will receive a salary commensurate on experience and comprehensive benefits package.\n

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\nPrevious sales experience, including outside business development, and a desire to excel in and promote a sales and service culture\nPrevious management experience\nPrevious banking experience highly preferred\nStrong communicator\nPositive and enthusiastic attitude\nOutgoing personality\nTeam-oriented\n\n
