You will champion a culture of excellence, drive operational efficiency, and foster meaningful relationships with customers and colleagues. **Your Responsibilities** + Expand the branch's footprint by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities. + Serve as an ambassador for Kuehne+Nagel, exemplifying the highest standards of business ethics and championing our KNX (KN Customer and Employee Experience) principles. + Guide, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing, collaborative team. + Drive continuous improvement in operations, focusing on profitability, quality, and cost control, while ensuring compliance with company standards. + Stay ahead of industry trends to enhance service offerings and competitive positioning. + Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to optimize performance. **Your Skills and Experiences** + Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience. + 7+ years of domestic and international freight forwarding experience, with expertise in sales and operations. + 3+ years of proven management and leadership experience. + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at multiple levels to support customer and prospect relationships. + A track record of achieving results through effective people management in a fast-paced environment. **Good Reasons to Join** There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
