Your Role As the Branch Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the branch's operations, including business growth, customer service, administration, sales and marketing, financial performance, and team development. You will champion a culture of excellence, drive operational efficiency, and foster meaningful relationships with customers and colleagues. Your Responsibilities Expand the branch's footprint by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.Serve as an ambassador for Kuehne+Nagel, exemplifying the highest standards of business ethics and championing our KNX (KN Customer and Employee Experience) principles.Guide, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing, collaborative team.Drive continuous improvement in operations, focusing on profitability, quality, and cost control, while ensuring compliance with company standards.Stay ahead of industry trends to enhance service offerings and competitive positioning.Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to optimize performance. Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.7+ years of domestic and international freight forwarding experience, with expertise in sales, operations, and financial management.5+ years of proven management and leadership experience.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at multiple levels to support customer and prospect relationships.A track record of achieving results through effective people management in a fast-paced environment.
