Hire Resolve, a reputable recruitment agency, is currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join their client’s team in Bloemfontein. Our client is a leading FMCG company known for their high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and functions of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient management. You will lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Oversee all operations and functions of the Bloemfontein branch Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations Monitor market trends and competitor activities Provide regular reports and updates to senior management

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar management role, preferably in the FMCG industry Proven leadership and management skills Strong business acumen and financial understanding Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders Proactive and results-oriented mindset Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Knowledge of the FMCG industry and market trends Experience in inventory management and supply chain Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
