As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and functions of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient management. You will lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Oversee all operations and functions of the Gauteng branch Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and candidates Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations Monitor market trends and competitor activities Provide regular reports and updates to senior management Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in the car rental industry Proven leadership and management skills Strong business acumen and financial understanding Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders Proactive and results-oriented mindset Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Knowledge of the recruitment industry and market trends
