Supervisory Responsibilities: + Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. + Interview, hire, and terminate employees. + Oversee, plan, assign, and direct work. + Appraise performance. + Reward and discipline employees. + Address complaints and resolve problems. + Respond appropriately in emergency situations.
