ABOUT THE ROLE:

Branch Managers are directly responsible for the administration of the sales and service activities of a retail branch office including direct supervision of the Teller and Banker staff, basic teller transactions, account opening and maintenance, and consumer lending.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Responsible for the administration of the sales and service activities of the retail branch including direct supervision of the Teller and Banker positions. Providing prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous service to clients including basic teller transactions, telephone inquiries, problem resolution, new account opening, existing account maintenance, and consumer lending. Partner with senior branch leadership in efforts to develop, expand, and service personal financial relationships, including executives, business owners, and centers of influence through a proficient sales effort.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

Associate’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience required. Two years related supervisory or management experience. Previous financial services experience preferred. Strong communications and personnel management skills. Strong organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and direct others. Demonstrated problem solving skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work is typically performed in an office setting. The employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to move about the office utilizing proper ergonomic safeguards when doing so. Additionally, the employee must occasionally lift or move supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.

BASE PAY RANGE:

$52,000 - $60,000 annually
