Linde Gas Equipment Inc. is looking for a dynamic, customer service-oriented store manager to promote and sell welding and industrial gas products and/or services. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experience.

What you will be doing:

Develop customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutionsCreate business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitabilityContinuously find ways to improve work processes to increase efficiency in quality, customer service profitability Take action to ensure store compliance with health and safety regulationsPlan and align activities, promotional material, and in-store displaysPrepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profitsUndertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial recordsMonitor inventory levels and order new itemsKeep up with current and new policies, practices, and trends within the organization and in the marketplace
