A Day in the Life of a Branch Manager at Speedy Glass

Manage staff and daily scheduling and assign duties Ensure a good working environment for employees Resolve customer complaints and warranty issues May get your hands dirty to support your team All other duties as assigned

 

If you are able to run a productive and profitable operation, while helping to promote a positive corporate environment by pushing for results, building a strong team, and delivering excellent customer service, this role may be just right for you! Your knowledge of installation and repair techniques in the auto glass industry as well as retail practices and procedures will certainly set you apart from the rest.

 

Job Duties
• Manage staff and daily scheduling and assign duties.
• Ensure a good working environment for employees.
• Resolve customer complaints and warranty issues.
• Accountable for inventory and proper cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State and local laws and OSHA regulations.
• Determine staffing requirements and hire or oversee hiring of staff.
• Develop relationships with key accounts and insurance providers.
• May perform the duties and responsibilities of the Technician.

 

Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration or related field desired; or comparable years of experience
• Experience in retail or office management including dispatching and scheduling, inventory and fleet management
• Knowledge of retail practices and procedures
• Excellent Customer Service skills and Sales skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient in POS and MS Office
• Knowledge of installation and repair techniques in the Auto Glass industry
