We have partnered with a long-standing client in search of a Branch Manager for their operation in Regina. The successful candidate is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the client’s Regina branch, ensuring operational efficiency, sales growth, and strong team leadership.
This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales, business development, and strategic planning. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and enhance the company’s market presence in Regina.
Compensation & Benefits:Base salary - $80 - $85K Variable compensation - 10% of net profit at the end of the yearCell phone allowance of $50/ monthVehicle Allowance: $500 per month plus gas expenses related to business travel.Expenses: All company-related expenses are reimbursed as per company policy.Benefits: Comprehensive package including:10 days annual non-cumulative sick leaveDental, Medical, Long-Term Disability, Personal Insurance, and Counseling (100% covered by company)Vacation: 3 weeks (negotiable)Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:Lead and drive sales efforts to achieve and exceed branch revenue targets.Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand customer base and market share.Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with key stakeholders.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the client’s visibility through advertising, trade shows, and promotional events.Branch Operations & Leadership:Report directly to Executive Management on branch performance, sales, and growth initiatives.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency across all departments.Manage budgets, expenditures, and staffing to optimize operational effectiveness.Uphold all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.Ensure the security and maintenance of all company assets within the branch.Team Management & Development:Recruit, train, and mentor branch employees, fostering a high-performance sales culture.Provide leadership and motivation to ensure a positive and productive work environment.Conduct timely performance appraisals, offering constructive feedback and development opportunities.Maintain staff discipline and resolve conflicts with guidance from Senior Management.Customer & Market Engagement:Act as the face of the company in Regina, strengthening brand reputation.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, vendors, and business partners.Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements to ensure Inland remains competitive.Additional Duties:Assist in the selection and recruitment of new staff as needed.Handle any additional responsibilities assigned by the Managing Partners.Ideal Candidate Profile:Proven Sales Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales management or business development, preferably in the audiovisual or technology industry.Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with Inland’s growth objectives.Strong Relationship Builder: Demonstrated ability to cultivate lasting client and partner relationships.Operational & Financial Acumen: Experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and driving profitability.Team Leadership & Development: Skilled at recruiting, coaching, and managing high-performing teams.Results-Driven: Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales and operational targets.
