The Opportunity with McKinstry

We are adding a Branch Manager to our growing Fire Protection division in Oregon. In this role, you will manage the day to day functions and P&L of the Fire Protection team, which may incorporate design, sales, estimating, and project management. Additionally, some responsibilities you will have include:

 Review financial reports and provide an accurate forecast to business unit leadership.Lead client growth by identifying and pursuing expansion opportunities for new and 
existing clients.Renew and expand services within assigned client base.Ensure Fire Protections standards and procedures are followed.Foster professional growth for employees through mentoring, trainings and regular 
performance feedback.Establish a positive work environment and sets a positive example of McKinstry 
values.

What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry

 Bachelor’s degree in construction, business management, or equivalent work 
experience required.Demonstrated experience in leading a team.Conflict resolution skills required.Effective written and verbal communication skills required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based software systems required.Solutions-based thought process and general management skills requiredNFPA 25 knowledge preferred.Washington State ITT license/Applicable State License or Nicet Level III in 
Inspections, testing and Maintenence preferred.

The pay range for this position is $118,170- $199,595 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
