Branch Manager
(Site Design/Land Development)

Location: Charlette, NC

We are on the hunt for a passionate and driven Branch Manager - Land Development to lead the charge in our Charlotte office.  You will direct an existing branch operation, continuing our success in the Charlotte area. This office will provide comprehensive services to clients in Charlotte and throughout the Carolinas.

What you will do:

Assemble project teams and provide leadership throughout the full project lifecycle. Oversee project financials, resource allocation, schedules, and deliverables. Ensure quality control, safety standards, and engineering best practices are maintained. Perform technical review of engineering designs, drawings, plans, and specifications. Pursue new business opportunities through networking, proposals, and client relationships. Manage branch budgets, forecasts, hiring, and staff development. Promote company values, positive culture, and high employee engagement.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters’ Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Surveying, or related field and/or experience North Carolina professional licensure (PE, RLA) Local and regional industry contacts with experience nurturing and growing client relationships and delivering Best-in-Class service A demonstrated history of leading and motivating high-performance site design teams Business acumen with demonstrated success meeting metric goals Energy and passion for project management to support quality design and development across a wide range of market sectors
