How you'll make an impact You will do significant work in partnership with our Workers Compensation clients to consistently deliver superior customer service and own outcomes by effectively communicating and embracing new challenges to drive success. Identify the right resources, at the right time and in the right place. Think critically, solve problems, plan and prioritize activities. HOW WILL YOU AFFECT THE BUSINESS? - Successfully execute our vision and mission by providing high quality and efficient service. - Drive adjuster hiring and training to nurture a culture of performance and continuous improvement. - Define branch goals and motivate performance at the highest level. - Use Gallagher's technology to enhance team efficiency and quality. - Actively engage with clients, carriers and brokers in a professional, positive and proactive manner to cultivate relationships. - Effectively manage multiple competing priorities, identify coaching opportunities and position team members for successful development.
