Job Title: Branch Office Coordinator - Service & Inspection

The primary function of this role is to assist the Vice President, Service & Inspection, in managing branch office locations, primarily focusing on day-to-day operations, communication, continuity, and ensuring execution of company strategies. The Company goal is to continuously grow the revenues of the Service & Inspection while maintaining profits, satisfying customers’ requirements, and staying compliant with required guidelines.

This job requires a high energy level with a desire to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment with a focus on customer service and support, quality work performance, and an understanding of the services provided by the Company.  It will require travel to the Branch Offices and jobsites.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

Monitor the performance of branch offices, tracking key items such as sales activity, open work tickets and service follow up reports that need quoted. Help in the execution and tracking of company-wide procedures for project management such as design turnover, prestart meetings, pre-task planning, and progress meetings. Gather and analyze data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide insights for decision-making. Attending company and customer meetings online and in person as required.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED is required. 5+ years’ experience in a customer service environment is required. Working knowledge of various NFPA codes including but not limited to NFPA 10,13, 25, and 72, is a plus. Strong customer service skills and the ability and willingness to learn new systems and processes is required.

 Computer Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) applications is required.
