Being the next generation Branch Operations Lead at East West Bank means you are part of a world-class team that focuses on delivering a high quality, high-touch, and high-tech relationship banking experience across all customer touchpoints.

 

As a Branch Operations Lead, you will play a key role in:

Assisting customers with their financial needs such as cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, and loan payment across different platforms (online and mobile)Supervising the junior staff in the branch and providing guidance and approvals as neededSupporting the Assistant Branch Manager in leading the branch team to achieve sales, service, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities Achieve quarterly/annual goals through business generation of C&I, CRE, mortgages, SBA, treasury management, deposits, investments, and international and other commercial and consumer products offered through East West BankUnderstand the bank’s credit policy to be able to identify client’s eligibility for loan products. Understand client’s business, industry and identify strategies to create new business opportunities and provide need-based products to customers. Motivate, coach and provide guidance to employees to achieve sales and service goals Efficiently manages time and is result drivenExpert in using digital resources and technologies to optimize clients’ digital banking experience and possess the aptitude to learn new programsEducate customers on how to use digital platforms to bank and invest when, where and how they wantPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Bachelor’s degree preferred3+ years of customer service, teller, or sales experience within the banking and/or financial service industryStrong working knowledge of branch operations requiredFamiliarity with standard branch technology and teller equipmentStrong problem-solving, decision-making, and customer-service skills Compensation The base pay range for this position is USD $23.00/Hr. - USD $26.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
