Position Title: Branch Operations Specialist
Location: Tigard, OR

This position is responsible for administrative support as well as provides office coordination and recordkeeping to maintain a smooth flow of information at the branch location. Areas of emphasis may include Accounting, Sales Support, Service Coordination and Reception as well as some Human Resources Support.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Research and procure necessary shop parts.Track and follow up on all back-ordered service parts.Serve as a backup for the Shop Service Supervisor.Check in units and create work orders for required services.Unload delivery vehicles and transport items to their designated areas.Operate a forklift in compliance with Terex Utilities' forklift policy.Maintain a clean work area and adhere to 5S standards.Handle a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical and administrative functions of the office.Responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material; prepare routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports.Provide assistance to the branch service group to perform their tasks efficiently, accurately, and timely.Coordinate and perform the collection of accounts receivable and past due accounts.Prepare weekly and monthly reports.Support the preparation of financial data and respond to accounting audit requests.Support human resources functions at the branch level, including verifying accuracy and inputting timecards for payroll.Undertake special projects and other related duties as assigned by the supervisor. Review and code accounts payable items for GBS entry into SAP. Ensure the integrity of data input into SAP. Maintain team member information boards and appropriate employment postings. Facilitate good internal and external communication, assist with all-hands meetings, telephones, and general office coordination. Generate weekly invoicing. Ensure business records are maintained, including job and customer files, accounting records, and historical files. Provide high-level communication with both customers and office staff.Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels, including team members, customers, and vendors.Required Qualifications:
2+ years of parts ordering2+ years general office/clerical experience2+ years of experience successfully utilizing Microsoft OfficePreferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience with supervision and Customer Service strongly preferredAccounting experienceComprehensive problem solving skillsNeat, organized, enthusiastic, willing to learn and able to work well in a team atmosphere.Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office with emphasis on Word and Excel as well as database systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbalDetail oriented, organized. Complete, process and route appropriate paperwork. Ability to meet deadlines and multitask. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
