Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Banking Clerk in the Financial Services industry, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, 28211, United States. As Banking Clerk, you will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks related to our customer accounts, including processing requests, maintaining records, and supporting other conversion activities. Responsibilities: • Accurately process customer inquiries and requests primarily via email, ensuring high-quality customer service. • Be actively involved in the migration of Treasury Management customers from Q2 to the FiServ platform, contributing to smooth and efficient operations. • Maintain and update customer credit records, using banking software tools such as Lawson ERP and LaserPro. • Demonstrate flexibility in supporting other conversion activities, including data input and reconciliation tasks. • Utilize accounting software systems to process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Handle check processing tasks, adhering to established collection processes. • Assist in the management of consumer loans and credit-related tasks, using your knowledge of banking and financial services. • Be prepared to support potential customer outreach efforts, enhancing our overall customer service.
