Your day to day:

Leadprofitability of the branchManage and coachbranch staff and operations, in a safe and efficient manner.Engageand develop the team!Developbusiness and sales strategies to deliver success!Processincoming orders to ensure customers required timelines are met.Customer liaison with key contacts to maintain Motion as the supplier of choiceEnsureimplementation and continuity of best practice processes!Collaboratewith other Branch Managers to ensure continuous improvement!Buildand maintain strong working relationships with key customers and be active in the field and account base.Qualitycontrol of goods in/out and maintain stock.
