About the team

The Brand Activation team, an arm of the broader Roku Client Services team, is responsible for managing and growing Roku’s partnerships with advertisers through Roku’s suite of Ad Experience offerings, enabling our clients to reach their business objectives.
About the role
The Brand Activation Manager is a strategic partner to Roku’s Clients and the Roku Ad Sales team, and plays a pivotal role in ensuring end-to-end success for advertising partners’ post-sale campaign execution success. This individual has a passion for project management, building strong customer relationships and collaborating closely with internal Ad Support departments. This position requires strong communication skills and a high-level of attention to detail while working in a fast-paced sales environment.
You will be responsible for campaign production through launch and end of campaign reporting deliverables and improving outputs to clients on our Roku Experience offerings in partnership with sales. The function includes taking a leadership role in coordinating efforts between other cross-functional teams as necessary and frequently interfaces with Sales and Client Services, AdOps, Design, Product, Marketing, and the Roku Brand Studio.
The Brand Activation Manager will also manage campaign escalations and ensure appropriate resolution, especially on priority Accounts. A balance of strong project management experience, client first approach and the ability to build strong relationships with partners in the Roku organization will be key to the candidate’s success
For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $90,000 and $135,000 annually.
Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

What you’ll be doing Serve as the lead day-to-day point of contact for Roku’s clients (Ad Agencies and top Fortune 500 advertisers) Lead kick off calls and project manage campaign execution across client and internal teams and serve as the liaison between Roku's Design, Ad Ops & Content Teams to ensure seamless production and launch of complex ad campaigns Regular and constant communication with clients and internal teams with frequent monitoring of campaigns to ensure they are performing and pacing toward client KPIs Well organized and detailed-oriented individual with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines Collaborate with AEs to on presenting insights, data and providing thoughtful creative future upsell recommendations, retention strategy for business presentations and QBRs Develop a keen understanding of how the Roku platform and unique ad products will deliver brand value in support of the clients advertising goals Be key POC for all Client Support groups, specifically Ad Operations to drive efficiencies on internal processes from pitch to launch
We’re excited if you have 5+ years experience in account management/client services, program management at an ad tech company, publisher, or media agency Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures Strong organizational, interpersonal, and influential written and verbal communication skills.
