The Role
We are seeking a Senior Designer for our Sports and Entertainment design team in our Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate is a creative force with a passion for brand design, creating live experiences, activations and campaigns.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Designer, they will be responsible for consistently and reliably authoring first-rate creative solutions with minimal guidance from an Art Director or Creative Director, evolving the overall creative concept into different executional directions and bringing their own originality and creative take to the process.

Preferred Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field. 8+ years of relevant experience in Graphic DesignStrong command of composition, color theory, and design thinkingExperience in a range of design applications, including print and motion graphics as they apply to experiential, live events, sports venues, and other IRL experiences.Mastery of graphic design, typography, logo design, composition, and color theory.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and InDesign.Must have excellent graphic design skills including logo and graphic communication with a strong portfolioClear creative process with strong conceptual abilityAbility to autonomously develop and articulate a design conceptMastery of industry-standard design platformsConfidently present design thinking and motion theory to senior team membersMust have the ability to meet deadlines and be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Location
Based out of the Los Angeles offices, this role is onsite/in office Tuesday thru Thursday and remote Monday and Friday.
Compensation: The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $92,000-$120,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
