The Role
The CAA Brand Consulting Vice President will play a key role leading the team focused on an iconic telecom brand’s B2B hospitality service offering. This role will drive the strategy, oversight, management and execution on the usage of all tickets and hospitality-based programming including ticket banks, season tickets, concert & event passes & suite programs across multiple venues. They will be responsible for overseeing the allocation of all sponsorship hospitality assets ensuring equitable distribution across employees & customers as well as building large scale hospitality programs at sponsored events focusing on delivering best in class B2B and, Executive Hospitality level programming. The candidate will interface day to day with the client and will work cross functionally with internal teams, external vendors, clients and property partners.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with client on development and project management of custom large-scale hospitality programs in conjunction with major sponsorship platforms (PGA, Formula 1, Major League Baseball)Assess and refine the process across all workstreams to improve efficiency and effectiveness, providing feedback and recommendations to senior management as well as regular reports on performance and feedbackImplement management routines and protocols to foster an environment for thoughtful ideation, critical review and transparent communication of program updates across teams/clientsDevelop relationships with clients as a trusted advisor, while driving business/projects forwardContinually improve the end-to-end client experience, ensuring that all attendee touch points across the entire event life cycle are delivered with the highest level of quality and consistencyOversee the design and planning of a wide range of event types – national, scalable, sports & entertainment-based from high-touch executive events to experiential hospitality for consumer-facing audiencesInteract with senior-level, C-suite executives with the goal of helping the client retain, deepen relationships, and show appreciation for their existing clientsEnsure efficiencies are established & followed for all pre-planning, management, and implementation for events including vendor vetting and selection, contract review and negotiation and requisite event activation plans and supporting communication documents (i.e., Project Plans, Event Overviews, Event Guides, Recaps, etc.)Oversee client's online ticketing request and distribution platform to track multiple sporting and entertainment events containing over 30,000 ticketsA moderate amount of domestic event travel will be required throughout the year, including nights and weekendsCreate presentations for key meetings internally and externallyDevelop relationships across CAA to find and promote new opportunities to clientOversee Team of 10 – 15 dedicated Hospitality team members based in different offices around the USRequirements
12-15+ years’ experience in ticketing, hospitality, event planning and execution in a fast-paced environmentGeneral understanding of current brand consulting & experiential/hospitality marketing industryBreadth of experience planning and managing B2B programsA passion for hospitality, sports & entertainment, celebrity & lifestyle cultureAble to prioritize multiple projects with ease, manage deadlines, coordinate key timelines and perform under pressure with strong attention to detailNot afraid to “pitch in”, “roll up your sleeves” and get it done. Work experience at an experiential agency or hospitality experience preferred
Location
This role is remote but must be based out of Seattle, Washington. This role requires onsite venue oversight and client visits when required.
Compensation: The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $172,000-$215,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
