The purpose of this job is to create and promote awareness of Trustmark’s brands, products, and services. Some of your responsibilities as a brand coordinator are coordinating multiple marketing/branding projects simultaneously, researching brand marketing strategies and trends, liaising with brand and/or signage vendors, and project reporting.
The purpose of this job is to develop, implement, and maintain brand consistency to meet organizational and market-specific objectives while serving as a brand advocate to ensure all branding is cohesive and aligned with the overall image of the company across all markets and lines of business.
This position may be filled as a Level I, II or III. Additional responsibilities and qualifications apply.
Responsibilities Support Trustmark’s brand signage program, working with the appropriate mix of line of business liaisons and vendors, to ensure brand consistency and optimization throughout the process for design, production, installation, maintenance, and reporting. Coordinate Trustmark’s online brand specialty store for personal and business purchases of Trustmark-branded items; maintaining vendor records and relationships; Socialize, educate, and reinforce Marketing processes and brand standards to business units and associates.Research industry trends and best practices, as well as peer and competitor initiatives, to understand the competitive landscape and recommend pathways to consider for enhancing brand strategies.Coordinate brand projects to support marketing initiatives across all elements with a focus on key areas that directly influence the success of the company or lines of business, including forecasting, inventory levels, packaging, point of purchase and sales collateral materials. Coordinate Trustmark’s digital in-branch signage, including providing recommendations with regard to placement strategy, budget, design, installation and maintenance of in-branch digital systems.Perform additional duties as assigned.Level II Additional Responsibilities:
Serve as primary point of contact for project vendors and Business Units.Maintain Trustmark’s brands, usage, standards/guidelines.Handles complex issues and problems and knows when to refer more complex issues to next level of management.
Level III Additional Responsibilities:
May lead branding, marketing, or communication projects and/or campaigns.May supervise Brand Coordinator I or II (or similar) positions. 5 – 7 years of experience in branding, marketing or communicationsStrong comprehension of regulatory processes policies and procedures relative to branding, with a focus on the financial industry preferredStrong knowledge of Trustmark’s corporate structure and cultureSuperior knowledge of branding initiativesAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteMastery of Trustmark’s brands, usage, standards/guidelines, etc.Level III Additional Qualifications:
More than 7 years of experience in branding, marketing or communicationsMastery of branding strategies and implementation techniques Mastery of project management skillsAbility to work with lines of business or management teams to develop brand initiativesPhysical Requirements/Working Conditions: Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens. Some travel will be necessary.
