A Day in the Life:
This role will be responsible for writing clear, compelling, and engaging copy across all marketing channels, including CRM, Paid ads, and more. You’ll play a key role in defining how Hertz shows up in the world — helping us shape a bold, modern vision that connects with audiences in exciting new ways. This role is open to candidates in Atlanta, Georgia and Estero, Florida.

The starting salary for this role is $60K; commensurate with experience.
What You’ll Do:
Craft compelling, high-impact copy that grabs attention across email, paid ads, social, and more. Shape and evolve a consistent brand voice that builds trust and inspires action. Partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life, ensuring messaging aligns with strategy. Collaborate with designers and creatives to deliver polished, on-brand work that stands out. Stay ahead of trends and keep a pulse on the competition to refine and elevate our storytelling. Flex your writing skills to meet the unique needs of every platform, audience, and campaign goal. Deliver copy that drives business goals. Hit 100% of deadlines. Constantly test and iterate to improve results.What We’re Looking For:

Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset. Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills. Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, journalism or related field. 2-4 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably within a marketing department or agency. Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of copy across different marketing media (CRM, Paid Display Ads, Paid Social etc) Examples of Marketing writing must be provided at the time of applicationWhat You’ll Get:
