The Brand Creative Lead is responsible for directing the production of best-in class media and digital-first content, with the goal to bolster JJ’s reputation as the global leading healthcare company focused on pharmaceuticals and medical devices technology.

LeadershipLead creative strategy and best storytelling approach through collaboration within the Brand Equity team and business partners to support key Enterprise and Sector prioritiesOversee a team of staff and contract content creators and producers through the entire development process from initial concepting, scripting, storyboard development to production and approvals with key partners, including business leads and legal departmentCreate and execute a production process including production calendars, budgets, approval tracking, etc. for each project and the departmentLiaise with internal and external talent such as influencers, employees, or company executivesRecommend and implement updates and improvements based on new production technology, creative formats and animation/graphic trendsCreative DevelopmentFollow best practices to optimize different creative asset specifications and versions across JNJ.com and social channelsBring a digital-first perspective and experience to produce and edit original content and concepts, including GIFs, animation, etc., ensuring top quality production value editing for each projectAlign asset delivery with the existing editorial and social calendars, ensuring external content standards are consistent for story ideation, creation, and approval workflowCollaborate with contracted production houses on large-scale projects, providing creative direction and help orchestrate production logisticsAttend external events and key reputational activations for the company to capture original footage, interviews and b-roll, often editing a final video on site timed to news eventsProactively pitch original video concepts and series aligned to strategic business prioritiesManage all production logistics, including location scouting, casting, hiring crew, etc. independently, with contractors and/or with agenciesSecure talent VO artists according to project needs

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 120000 to 207000.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
