Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Editor and Content Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both long-form and short-form content editing be comfortable working with technical content and adept at collaborating with teams of writers editors and creatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage and edit content submissions for an internal publishing center of thought leadership content.

Responsibilities

Internal publishing and editorial leadership

Oversee the submission editing and internal publication of high-quality content across a new internal thought leadership publishing platform ensuring consistency and alignment with brand voice and standards. Set internal publication standards and establish goals and expectations.

Understand how to spot good content and edit to make it even better.

Superb organizational skills and attention to detail

Writing and editing

Engage in the creation and editing of long-form and short-form content including research-based pieces white papers essays articles and more.

Excellent writing and editing skills as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Content strategy and internal communications

Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for standout internal submissions that align to publishing standards and future channel amplification opportunities.

Celebrate milestones encourage participation and build key internal relationships to evangelize and grow this program. Its essential this person be enthusiastic and capable about this part of the job equally important to being a good editor.
