Brand & Customer Manager ADHD

Key Accountabilities

The Brand and Customer Manager will drive a deep understanding of ADHD patient journey and identify leverage points and opportunities for Takeda ADHD portfolio, acting on this through an integrated brand plan, with considerations to the current market conditions and customer needs.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to

Create strategic brand marketing plan utilizing digital multichannel engagement and co-creation of initiatives taking into consideration customer segments and profilesEmbed a high customer focus and value based key account management approach within Neuroscience Patient Value Team by spending a significant amount of time with dedicated customersIdentify, develops and fosters professional value-based, long-lasting, peer-to-peer relationships with key accounts, key opinion leaders (KOL), key physicians and academic centres and ensures ethical and high-level exchange of scientific information in ADHD.Lead the development and implementation of the Strategic Marketing Plan in line with the Brand Strategy and local ADHD patient journey for Takeda ADHD portfolio to maximize brand performanceDevelopment and implementation of promotional materialsImplement multi-channel solutions including digital, mailings & newsletter, media & PR
activities for all customers line with the strategic plan and complianceCreate programs and tactics customized to different customer groups including HCPs,
patients, patient associations and mediaStrategic and tactical lead of Takeda´s congress and national event activitiesDevelopment and implementation of a relevant patient support services in line with strategic planning

Key skills required

Relevant education in the field of commercial, health care, science  Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry  Commercial, Marketing, sales experience  Fluent written & spoken Finnish and English  Candidates needs to demonstrate ability to think strategically,
