Job Description
The Associate Creative Director (ACD)/Brand Designer serves as the design lead on designated client initiatives, responsible for the overall creative vision and design direction for a full spectrum of Marketing digital-related projects. A conceptual thinker. Able to ideate, present, develop, and execute projects from start to finish in the highest quality.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns and digital products (UX/UI), ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Inspire and mentor a team of designers, writers, and other creatives to produce high-quality work.
Partner with marketing, product, and strategy teams to understand objectives and create compelling creative strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Translate brand and business goals into innovative creative concepts across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and experiential.
Confidently present creative and design concepts, prototypes, and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client expectations and gathering feedback.
Contribute leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the design team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
This is a pay rate of $55.00-$68.00 an hour depending on skills and experience.

Skills and Requirements
7+ years of experience in an agency, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership and design.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, advertising, and multi-channel campaigns.
Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other relevant software.
Experience in balancing strategic objectives with creative vision.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale, advocate for design principles, and align the team and stakeholders around the creative vision.
