Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic brand growth initiatives and comprehensive business plans to enhance brand value and drive revenue.Stay ahead of market trends by closely monitoring consumer behavior, customer needs, and market dynamics, and continuously assess the performance of business operations and marketing strategies.Craft and execute communication strategies and marketing campaigns tailored to resonate with Chinese consumers, aiming to spur business expansion.Oversee the development and management of the brand portfolio and collaborate with both global and local teams to foster strong innovation pipeline.Manage the marketing budget and resources efficiently to meet P&L metrics and objectives.Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, motivate project teams, and oversee external agencies to optimize performance.Cultivate a high-performing team as a great line manager.Facilitate the exchange of successful strategies and practices across the global organization.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven track record in leading the development and execution of brand strategies and business plans.Exceptional skills in brand communication and innovation developmentSkillful at digital and social driven marketing, and adept at driving e-commerce business.Proficiency in market analysis, including consumer data, shopper behavior, and category trend interpretation.Experience in working within multi-functional and cross-geographical teams, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including internal cross-functional teams and global/regional stakeholders.Demonstrated budget planning and management expertise.Fluency in both Chinese and English is mandatory.A minimum of 6+ years of experience in a multinational corporation, preferably with a management trainee background, recent experience in a people leadership role is also required.
