Our location in Columbus, OH currently has an opportunity **Brand Manager – HCP CRM & Digital Engagement** The Brand Manager will lead digital engagement marketing strategies and activations for the Protality®, Ensure®, and Glucerna® brand for healthcare professionals, located in Columbus, OH. Responsible for the development and management of short and long-term messaging strategy, pulling through integrated vision and concepting, and executing programs to effectively achieve commercialization, profit margin and business plan objectives. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of key digital engagement and non-personal tactics, HCP initiatives, and management of cross-functional communication. Additional responsibilities include quarterly business strategic and tactical planning, leading digital execution, agency management, market segmentation, market research, claims advancement and budget management. **What You’ll Work On** + **Delivery Optimizations:** + Responsible for managing healthcare professional digital marketing execution in the US. + Initiative Pull-Through execution inclusive of direct marketing, media and e-mail + Reporting - quarterly ecommerce audits + Content creative liaison and lead + Direct Marketing Forecasting with cross-functionals + **Messaging Pull-Through & Communication Strategy Ownership:** + Responsible for working with Consumer Marketing Teams to pull-through strategy and align on integrated vision for the brand + Lead the holistic communication strategy, messaging, and tactical plan for direct to HCP activity including HCP media. + **Performance & Financial Reporting:** + Measure performance of activation plans and proactively recommend action to continuously increase HCP recommendations and improve ROI. + Lead forecast and financial deliverables for digital engagement opportunities. + Partner with Brand P&L owner to prepare annual brand plans. + **Growth-Focused:** + Identify new consumer market opportunities based with HCP targets and optimize communications and media to continue to drive incremental recommendations and sales. + Identify future research needs to aid in plan/ long- range plan development. + Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives. These groups may include HCP Sales Team, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Public Affairs, Legal, R&D, Sr. Leaders, Global Abbott Partners and external vendors or agencies. + **Digital First:** + Have experience or can quickly ramp up to lead broader digital projects including but not limited to – website strategy, digital non-personal HCP strategy, e-mail & SMS execution and media. **Required Qualifications** + 3-5 years of brand management or marketing experience. Preferred experience in healthcare or food and beverage industry + 3+ years of demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams + Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time + Team working skills; Preferred experience in working with sales team; + An ability to think strategically and develop annual activation plans + Analytical skills and attention to detail + An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to changing customer needs + Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas + The ability to manage and allocate budgets + Written and verbal communication skills + Experience with and an understanding of market research and clinical studies + Sales experience a plus + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. **Preferred Qualifications** + MBA strongly preferred.
