Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Enhance supplier relations through development, communication, and monitoring of annual and monthly business plansUnderstand and communicate the supplier’s marketing plans and strategies to managers, sales and delivery teamsPlan and monitor special events, work with’s, and customer contact. Maximize consumer sampling opportunitiesCommunicate regularly with the brand managers on upcoming events, promotions and opportunities to advance the business in the marketInvolve supplier alliances and sponsorships with professional teams, social groups, fan clubs and industry organizationsBe well versed with sales data systems in order to: prepare targeted plans, track activity, and report results versus goalsAssist with inventory by monitoring seasonal and special order inventory levels. Work with suppliers and brand managers to create reliable suggested orders to assist the Purchasing ManagerMonitor accounts to verify sales execution in conjunction with planned expectationReport execution deficiencies to sales managementManage the Point of Sale budget and work closely with suppliers on the order by providing suggestions that work in conjunction with retail needsAssure that all brand related activity requiring supplier reimbursement is correctly documented and provided to accounting on a timely basisDevelop and distribute internal and external sales materials and newslettersAssist with Chain contract submissionManage price letter updates and sales teams notificationsAny other projects or duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 1-3 years of marketing experienceIntermediate computer skills, Microsoft office experience preferredMust be 21 years of ageAbility to communicate with customers, management and co workersStrong presentation skills either one on one or in a group settingCollege degree preferredValid drivers license, reliable transportation and current automobile insurance with at least the minimum state required coverage levelsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeThis position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
