Brand Manager
Position:
The essential of the role is to support defining, developing, and supervising strategic goals for the assigned tobacco category. You will be running and overseeing the implementation of initiatives to meet business and category targets, aligning with JTI HQ and local priorities, brand guidelines, budget turning points, and legal requirements.
Responsibilities:
Manage brand equity and complete marketing mix elements (pricing, new products, communication, promotions, distribution) in line with global brand positioning and master plan. Monitor performance metrics (volume, market share, distribution) and track competitors to recommend actions based on thorough analysis. Provide market data to collaborators (region HQ, market management, sales). Implement brand and trade activation plans, ensuring alignment with legal and global guidelines. Lead all aspects of consumer communication, trade activation programs, and omnichannel strategies. Manage brand budget, providing input for planning and ensuring optimal return on investment across consumer and trade activation, retail, and events.
Requirements:
2 years of experience, preferably in international FMCG company in brand management area Strong analytical mind with structured and organized approach to task implementation Strategic thinker with great communication and presentation skills Fluency in English MS Office literacy
