What you will be doing as Brand Manager in Warsaw?
Define and execute marketing activities to deliver objectives (long and short term); Plan and deliver campaigns across all channels, including digital and Above The Line; Strategy and development of CSR program; Propose and manage selected external agencies (advertising, design, PR, etc.) to support and execute agreed activities to deliver brand objectives; Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities; Conduct consumer research; Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns; Budget Management; Leadership of New Product Development projects; Leading cross-functional teams (both local and international) and co-operation with other departments.
What do we expect from our future Brand Manager?
University degree (a Marketing or Business); Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position – preferred in the FMCG area; Knowledge of English and Polish at an advanced level; Ability to understand and work with P&L; Excellent understanding of brand strategy and full marketing mix; Energy, enthusiasm and motivation to move initiatives forward; Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind; Driving license cat. B.
