Job Title: Brand Manager
Location: ADS Headquarters, Virginia Beach (Hybrid)
ADS is seeking a talented and experienced Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Marketing and be responsible for developing and executing visual content strategies that align with our brand and marketing goals. You will create & manage design projects, manage content used, and ensure the consistency and quality of our visual communications across all platforms.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement visual content strategies: Create and oversee the execution of visual content strategies across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Oversee design projects: Manage the design and production of graphic art and visual materials for print, digital media, and other marketing collateral. Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with internal sales teams, external suppliers, and other departments to conceptualize and develop project deliverables and timelines. Ensure brand consistency: Maintain consistency in visual branding across all marketing materials and platforms. Content creation and management: Develop, curate, and manage engaging content for websites, social media, and print designs. Budget management: Oversee the budget for the design and print process, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints. Stay updated with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in graphic design and content marketing to ensure the team remains innovative and competitive. Common Projects Include: Digital & Print Catalogs, Social Posts, Trade Show Collateral, Website Design Strategy, T-Shirt Designs, etc.Desired Skills & Experience
A minimum of 6+ years of experience in marketing and graphic design Bachelor’s Degree required Ability to work well in a team dynamic Excellent project management skills with strong analytical and business acumen Proficiency in graphic illustration software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc) Capable of planning a design strategy in relation to required timelines Maintain a portfolio of prior work and maintain a content archive Excellent written and verbal communication, effective interpersonal skillsBehaviors
