**Primary Function**
In this role, we need an innovative product & consumer marketer to help lead global product development & marketing. Looking for a collaborative individual with a bold spirit to fill this Senior Brand Manager role. Candidates should have strong communication and presentation skills to build meaningful relationships! This role is Hybrid in Rhode Island.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Partnering with internal and external resources, you will be responsible for leading and implementing cohesive, impactful brand marketing programs along with comprehensive global marketing, including Paid Media Assets, Merchandising Guides, eCommerce assets, and more. Collaboratively working with regional teams to communicate marketing objectives and priorities, optimize tactics and toolkit resources, and grow sales. In addition to this marketing focus, you will work with a cross functional team of designers, engineers, branding creatives, project managers, and finance leaders to develop and manage branded product line initiatives to support the broader marketing team. **Skills & Qualifications**
+ A day in the life of a Global Brand Development & Marketing Manager:
+ - Develop and deliver a global marketing plan based on key brand initiatives, anchored in consumer insights, and aligned with brand and entertainment strategy.
+ - Lead and collaborate with key partners including Brand Publicity, Integrated Media and Regional Marketing Teams to execute cohesive, impactful marketing programs across multiple consumer touch points to drive sales
+ - Work with Design and Development to build an innovative toy line that is inspired by the Toy Strategy and improves channel growth opportunities and global retailer priorities
+ - Maintain current knowledge of consumer, product and marketing trends and competitive landscape.
+ - Analyze and interpret category data while collaborating with research team to inform the strategy
+ - Working with leadership team, ensuring the brand has a relevant long term consumer position and achieves maximum volume profit/growth.
+ - Managing one direct report on the day-to-day responsibilities as well as having impactful career conversations to develop their long-term growth.
**Education & Experience**
+ Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field. MBA strongly preferred
+ Required Years of Experience Requires technical knowledge, training and understanding of a job's requirements. Typically possesses 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
+ Desired Skills - Expertise in transforming a strategy and vision into impactful plans
+ - Ability to communicate clearly and inspire a shared vision to achieve results
+ - A detailed understanding of the steps vital to bring products to market
+ - A proven understanding of digital marketing and a desire to be on the forefront of digital trends and analytics
+ - Expertise in developing groundbreaking media, licensing, advertising, and promotions campaigns
+ - Proven ability to influence and negotiate to gain a desired outcome for Hasbro
+ - Leadership and people management skills creating a strong team while developing long-term career growth for your directs
+ - Curiosity and a keen interest and ability to learn and evolve
+ - Ability to work under time pressure and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment
+ Desired Education Bachelors
+ Desired Years of Experience Minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience supporting a fully integrated marketing program
