Job Description

This role will report into Associate Marketing Director, and will be responsible for the key product portfolio with great marketing resources and exposure.

This BM will be response for product strategy, knowledge, scale and scope manage delivery and development. Require the management of brand and will build and roll-out quality marketing strategies and conduct in different aspects of marketing activities, planning and execution to successfully achieve financial and activities goals, including:

• Achievement of responsible brand sales objectives, units and value, and market share
• Collaborate with Brand Team and In-Field Team members, facilitate cross-stakeholder discussions (with Health Care Professional (HCP) and non-HCP stakeholders), and synthesize the insights gained to identify target segments, determine brand positioning, drive Close Loop Marketing engagement and
customization, and populate into Brand Plan.
• To align commercial strategies with Cross functional team and Asia region lead, Area Brand lead to
develop brand strategy and tactical plan execution.
• Secure input and cross-stakeholder viewpoints to develop a robust and accurate Patient Journey;
propose strategic objectives for the Brand Team review based on Patient Journey findings and challenge to develop Brand Team strategies to ensure patient-centricity.
• Ensure all functional deliverables are consistent with branding and deliver emotional messages aligned to Brand Story.
• Guide the design and implementation of all marketing activities and include innovative marketing tactics, multi-channel opportunities, and multi-stakeholder initiatives to meet strategic brand objectives and ensure all in-field materials, strategies, and tactics are aligned to drive the momentum of strategic brand objectives.

• Lead the development of marketing inputs to the Strategic Brand Plan, consolidate the 1-year tactical Brand Plan, and coordinate the preparation of the Long-Range Plan to drive brand success.
• Monitor brand KPIs, manage budget and brand P&L, and track ROI measurements for all marketing activities to achieve or exceed brand plan objectives.
• Support the Brand Team around a brand vision and objectives that are shared by all members.
• Develop and maintain effective business relationships with key customers and KOLs.
• Lead planning and execution of brand activities, ensuring sales team is equipped with skills and tools.
• Keep up with administration tasks and support (marketing executions/demand forecasts, Follow-up with marketing activities, etc)
• Ensure compliance of company SOPs, AE reporting, code of conduct and local regulations in daily
operation

 


Qualifications

Education Experience/Qualification

•Preferred 5+ years proven marketing experience in FMCG/OTC/Medical Device/ Pharmaceutical industries 
• Fluent in English/Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in presentation skill (both on-stage & documentation).
• Experience in leading key brand portfolio and product planning (road mapping, goal setting, spec writing, managing project execution, defining product roll-out strategy)
• Effective at collaborating with cross-functional operations stakeholders to get buy-in and drive support for new ideas, products, and process.
• Experience in converting business strategic thinking into product vision (is a PLUS).
• Genuine passion and enthusiasm for the Facial Aesthetics industry
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure within strict deadlines, balancing planning and implementation responsibilities
