Обязанности: The role aim: Lead PepsiCo Beverages business in Georgia and Armenia for sustainable and profitable growth in collaboration with our bottling partner. You will shape the future by finding growth opportunities from a consumer insight to the in-market realisation. You will use your creativity to connect with local consumers by leveraging global communication assets and developing local ones. As a member of a diverse BCCA Beverages Franchise team you: learn a lot can make the difference advance your career The role in Franchise will give you an opportunity to: Build a General Manager mindset through End to End thinking Own business relationships and build Win-Win solutions with our bottlers Demonstrate a strategic approach to business development Build deep expertise on our Franchise system Key responsibilities: Build strategic direction for Beverages Category in Georgia and Armenia (Category, Portfolio, growth / profitability triggers); Develop long-term joint business plans (including Brand, Innovation, Portfolio management, PPA, Design, Activations, Campaigns, Promo & pricing) in collaboration with the bottling partner. Define an annual calendar for the Beverages; lead Marketing initiatives Develop Category Brands communication strategy, implement it (including creative development, digital strategy, media strategy, total connection planning, PR) Develop and drive Innovation Agenda Develop and monitor Annual Commercial Operating plan in terms of annual targets (Volume, Value, Market Share), tracking its execution, develop commercial actions to achieve or close gaps Manage Advertising and Marketing budget (A&M) driving its efficiency Collaborate with PepsiCo internal team and the bottler’s Marketing and Commercial teams to achieve the above objectives. Требования: Candidate profile: Marketing experience 4+ years Fluent English. High proficiency in Russian language is a plus. Experience in Beverages. Brand, category management, product and brand development, ATL and BTL activities planning and execution Strong business acumen and commercial understanding, savviness in net rev management and PnL Strong leadership and influencing skills, ability to navigate and influence within diverse matrix structures A high level of self-motivation, initiative, and leadership, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
