Brand manager for Oreo thin & wellbeing

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

1. thin &wellbeing business management and planning

- Dig out consumer and business insights to identify business opportunities and translate into strategy and business plan
- Regular business analysis and market dynamics tracking to ensure outstanding ongoing execution and course-correct where required
- Collaborate with TM, DP, R&D,supply chain, finance etc. to drive seamless marketing & commercial synchronization and lead cross-functional team to deliver targets.


2. Brand activation
- Drive digital-led recruitment of targeted consumer by end to end experience management
- Lead innovation including campaign based idea or permanent idea
- Support communication activities for the brand.

3. Product development management
- Work and lead with cross functional teams to deliver product bundle development through I2M process

Career Experiences Required & Role Implications

1..At least 4 years brand marketing management experience in consumer goods industry;  experience in new brand launch is preferred;
2. Strong business acumen and strategyical thinking
3. Strong analytic skill from facts/data to insight
4. Strong project management skills and capability of activation planning and execution
5. Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English
6. Experience in innovation is preferred
