Job Summary

As a Brand Manager in Home Care, you will play a critical role in Delivering our Clean Future strategy: Creating products that are unmissably superior, sustainable and great value. This position bridges strategic planning and operational excellence, offering a platform to take ownership of brand performance, consumer engagement, and category growth initiatives.

You will lead key projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage end-to-end brand plans to deliver both long-term vision and short-term results. The role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong executional discipline, with an emphasis on consumer love and data- driven decision making.

Role Responsibilities:

Act as a key support to Head of Marketing across Home Care portfolio.

Strategic Brand Management: Develop and execute integrated brand marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Translate consumer and shopper insights into actionable strategies to drive brand performance.

Innovation& Category Development: Work with cross-functional teams on innovation gatekeeping and innovation deployment. Monitor and analyse category and brand performance to optimize plans and identify growth opportunities.

Campaign Execution: Partner with media agencies to design and implement disruptive media campaigns. Manage influence strategies, asset development, and in-store activation in collaboration with customer development teams.

Budget & Performance Management: Own the brand budget, ensuring effective allocation and management. Track performance metrics and develop contingency plans to meet P&L targets.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain and customer development, to deliver seamless execution. Engage with global and regional teams to leverage assets and best practices.

Leadership& Development: Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and growth.

What you will need to succeed

Experience & Qualifications

Strong foundations and experience in brand marketing, with exposure to brand development, activation, and customer/ channel marketing.

Good understanding of all aspects of consumer insight, including monitoring brand health, measuring comms effectiveness, innovation insights and evaluation, and sales performance monitoring.

Proven ability to develop and execute effective brand strategies and campaigns, strong project management skills.

Experience managing budgets and working with media, creative agencies, and cross-functional teams.

Strong influencing and people management skills - ability to engage/motivate colleagues and stakeholders behind a project, including the ability to reconcile and sell both commercial and purpose-driven agenda.

Good strategic thinker, with an ability to balance long-term vision with short-term priorities.

Entrepreneurial approach with a focus on experimentation and continuous learning.

A willingness to perform in a role that covers a broad spectrum of responsibilities – both hands on and strategic.

Commercial acumen and cross functional understanding and capabilities.

Modern trade experience – preferably customer or shopper side.

Experience in building alternate channels, highly valued.

Experience with tools like Nielsen, Quantium, Iri, or similar for performance tracking.
