Your role
We are looking for a Brand Manager Junior (maternity cover) who will support in the management and development of assigned brands, ensuring that the continuity and growth of defined marketing strategies is maintained.
Main responsibilities:
Giving continuity to the brand's strategy in the market, ensuring that sales, positioning and distribution objectives are met. Being the reference person for the different local and global stakeholders of the brands under his/her responsibility. Analyzing and monitoring the sales evolution according to the defined KPIs, as well as regular local and Corporate reporting. Participating in follow-up meetings with the sales force and making presentations on new products and brand plans. Working together with the Trade Marketing department to define and follow up on all promotional activities of the brand. Collaborating with the Training Manager in product training to customers.
Main requirements:
Excellent analytical skills. 1-2 years experience in a similar rol. Communication, interaction and influencing skills at all levels of the organization. Organizational and planning skills, initiative and commitment. Spanish and English. Knowledge of Italian would be a plus. Excel and PowerPoint.Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment
