Are you ready to write the Late July growth story?

As a Brand Manager- Late July you will be responsible for taking charge & delivering a compelling growth vision for the leading Natural-Organic Tortilla Chip Brand. Late July was built on the philosophy that like summer, the sweet spot of snacks is the perfect combination of simple, pure and good. This role is pivotal in nurturing that philosophy into short and long term potential within a highly dynamic and competitive category. The right candidate for this role must be able to navigate between the day-to-day business deliverables and setting the long-term course for growth and success for one of our most advantaged brands. The Brand Manager of Late July will report directly to the Vice President of Salty Snacks.

Strengthen and refine the brand positioning & consumer propositionDevelop and deliver the annual business planPartner with communications teams to establish our voice in the marketLean in with our innovation team to bring to life the best additions to our lineupManage full P&L by partnering with cross functional partners to drive growthLead a team of 1-2 direct reports and help to develop and coach the next level of brand managers

What you will bring to the table… (Must Have)

Bachelor’s Degree5 years experience in Consumer Brand Management in house at a large consumer facing companyProven portfolio brand strategy development using a disciplined approachDemand Planning and Forecasting experience – managing monthly consumption analysis and volume forecastingExperience developing category and customer strategies to win with clear compelling storiesConsumer first mindset in developing brand communication strategiesStrong collaboration skills to bring to life In-Market Activations and define launch scenariosExperience leading complex and large cross-functional teams, including external agenciesExperience with Circana/IRI, Nielsen & SPINS

 

It would be great if you have… (Nice to Have)

MBA (Strongly preferred)Experience at large CPG companies or food CPG companies

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$144,200-$207,200

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
