At PepsiCo, what makes you unique, makes us better! Responsibilities 1. Implements and executes marketing activities according to AOP and marketing calendar 2. Manages A&M spending to be in line with AOP 3. Coordinates and aligns with Create team for related branding and projects 4. Leads cross functions, i.e. Production, Supply chain, Finance, Procurement, Trade Marketing, Sales to get in-market execution on key marketing activities in alignment with AOP. 5. Represents and supports Brand’s identity and objectives both internally (through active participation within local Commercial team meetings) and externally (through agencies and partners). 6. Develops, updates and gains approval for packaging artwork according to internal PepsiCo procedure. 7. Manages and coordinates the daily work with media, creative and research agencies for the respective projects; 8. Contributes in all activities related to innovation development: planning, designing and launching new product initiatives, according to internal PepsiCo procedure. 9. Actively involves and develops action plans based on brand analysis: Consumer Insights, Retail Audit, internal sales. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree – Master degree in Marketing or related fields • 4 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing preferred in FMCG • Can Do attitude / think as business owner • Innovative thinking: able to lead team in new ways of thinking and execution • Good interpersonal skills with strong teamwork spirit • Strong Project Management • Manage multiple brands and cross functional stakeholders • Analytical skills: Be able to turn data into insights i.e. application of Nielsen panel, Kantar panel • Experience with business processes: marketing budgeting, conducting marketing and advertising activities; planning of sales, budget control, brand/product launches • P&L understanding • Very good presentation skills • Flexibility to adapt to a changing business environment • Fluent English & Greek
