Brand Manager - Severe Asthma

Asthma (Severe Asthma) / HES (Hypereosinophilic syndrome) / EGPA (Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis) business and build & implement innovative marketing plans by leading all Brand Team members to meet brand’s objectives and achieve optimal engagement of Pulmonologists and Allergists. At the moment we are activated in the highly competitive Therapeutic Area of S. Asthma and the highly specialized areas of HES and EGPA and we are looking for a dedicated Brand Manager to maximize our key brand’s potential in these indications. Responsibilities: Navigating the S. Asthma / HES/ EGPA Brand Team in stellar Brand Planning and Execution across indications, including market dynamics understanding, commercial model reparation, strategy localization and country-to-above-country Launch Readiness Review process. Leading the development and implementation of Brand strategy in alignment with the IL-5 Franchise Lead and the Specialty Care Business Unit (BU) Director. Leading the execution of Brand operational/tactical plans by working closely with other Brand Team members (sales, medical, market access, finance). Leading Market Insight and guide decisions by understanding customers’ needs and external environment. Using & interpreting appropriate data/evidence to inform and/or make robust strategic and investment decisions. Understand in depth all different communication channels (both traditional and digital) and uses them appropriately to meet patient needs. Leading A&Ps budget allocation and ensures appropriate return on investment. Being a key contact with medical/external scientific associations and assists in the development and implementation of activities such as cooperation’s, events, congresses and sales meetings. Leading performance monitoring by tracking & evaluating performance against defined measures and applies learning to improve short & long-term business results. Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and legal guidelines. Please note that there is a traveling requirement up to 20%. Basic Qualifications & Skills: University degree or equivalent with Business, Marketing or Life Sciences specialization Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience in specialty brand(s) or significant experience in key/leadership commercial role(s) in specialty Fluency in both Greek and English languages Knowledge of pharmaceutical environment Driver's licence Excellent communication & presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong initiative and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Postgraduate degree Market & product knowledge within the specific therapy area(s) of the product(s) Market access knowledge & understanding Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and changes in strategies Excellent interpersonal skills What we offer: Permanent contract in a real inclusive environment Annual Medical Check Inclusive environment Annual bonus Cafeteria Life and accident insurance package Voluntary pension fund contribution Company car Please submit your CV in English!
