Introduction to Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our Enhertu Marketing team as a Brand Manager for UK Breast Cancer. This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the planning and development of brand operational plans, and the tactical delivery of assets/activities in line with brand strategy. You will be part of a team that ensures effective cross-functional collaboration with our co-promotion partners, Daiichi-Sankyo, and engage with leading clinical experts in the field of breast cancer.
Accountabilities:
As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the development and course correction of localised brand strategic plans for prelaunch and operational brands. Your role will involve tactical delivery, localisation, and execution of the marketing plan across channels and touchpoints. You will use insight to build audience personas that shape the content and message matrix required for omnichannel customer experiences. You will also manage the asset approval and compliance process with cross-functional partners and engage externally with key collaborators, influencers, and decision makers.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Degree or equivalent experience qualified
- Successfully launching products in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical and strategical skills
- Significant pharmaceutical commercial experience with a strong performance track record
- Strong sales/marketing leadership with a successful track record of growing market share
- Creative multichannel marketing capabilities together with rigorous commercial business sense
- Very strong cross-functional team collaboration and informal leadership skills
- Strong experience of NHS specialist market
- Experience in Oncology, preferably breast cancer
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Good experience of the UK market
- Alliance partnership working
