Brand Marketing Comm Sample Coordinator (Hybrid)

General Summary:

 

The Brand Marketing and Comm Sample Coordinator leads sample trafficking for the department’s cross-functional programming. This on-site role requires an organized and self-motivated individual to be responsible for supporting the footwear, handbag & accessories business on a day-to-day basis, while also supporting a variety of marketing programs designed to drive awareness & engagement. Examples include tracking and fulfilling samples for content curation and marketing campaigns.

 

Reports to: Sr Director of Digital Marketing

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Sample management: order seasonal samples, organize by brand by season, rotate out seasonally to make room for new samples; maintain packaging, shipping supplies, etc.

· Sample trafficking: field requests for public relations samples for media publications, broadcast entities, bloggers, stylists, brand events

· Sample trafficking for seasonal campaign photoshoots & daily photo studio needs

· Manage communication with cross functionals teams - product development, sales,

merchandising, creative director & production to ensure accurate and timely delivery, utilization and tracking of samples

· Facilitate all product orders for third party agencies & Authentic (ABG)

· Maintain Authentic (ABG) product tracker, ensuring product requested falls within allocated levels, facilitating invoice and payments for overage once annual limit is met.

· Manage high volume of sample inventory and responsible for closet organization via tracking documents

· Assist creative team during seasonal campaign photoshoots (on location – locally, 4x/annually)

 

Required Skills:

· Proficiency in Microsoft office management software

· Comfort working in Mac OS X

· Familiarity with Adobe CS a plus

· Written, verbal, & communications skills

· Strong time management & organizational skills

· Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, and multi-task in a sometimes fast-paced environment

· Ability to navigate competing requests or challenges and resolve in partnership with team

· Confidence to ask questions and learn new skills

· Willingness for occasional business travel

· Ability to lift medium weight packages

Experience:

· Experience or strong interest in fashion and consumer relations

· 1-2 years professional work experience in an office environment or footwear retail experience
