As Brand Marketing Specialist I, you will be responsible for\nsupporting a number of initiatives across Honeywell’s Brand team with a focus\non assisting with sports sponsorship activations and contract negotiations and\nleading tours of our Charlotte HQ Technology Center with a focus on maximizing\nthe space as a Marketing, Sales, and Communications platform. This\nincludes content creation, budget, and resource management, providing tours for\nvisitors and tracking success metrics. You will also help develop and manage a\ndatabase and understanding of the overall HTEC global footprint and develop\nbest practice tools and governance across Honeywell’s primary HTEC locations\n(Atlanta, Charlotte, Houston, etc.) while ensuring coherent and relevant\ncontent and messaging is aligned to our broader brand.
The position is based in Charlotte, NC and reports to the\nSr. Director of Brand Marketing. Specific areas of responsibilities are\nfocused on the following:
Sports Sponsorships
Support\n the promotion and execution of Honeywell’s sports sponsorships\n specifically as it relates to asset activation, building relationships\n with partners, and collaborating on community service initiatives to\n enhance brand reputation.Actively\n participate in the negotiation of single or multi-year partnerships with\n key sports teams, building brand affinity through partnerships and helping\n drive commercial integrations.Collaborate\n with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing\n initiativesProvide\n regular project updates and communication to senior management and others\n as needed.Technology Experience Center
Represent\n Honeywell as the one of the HTEC ambassadors delivering a world class\n experience for guests.Help\n manage calendar and coordinate customer visits as well as book, manage and\n act as secondary lead for all tours through the HTEC.Support\n events for VIPs and special guests of leadership team.Coordinate\n with corporate hospitality event team. Plan catering services where\n necessary.Proactively\n market the CXC, including developing and implementing a strong\n communication plan throughout internal and external Honeywell channels.Standardize\n and implement a process for success metrics and related reports.Create\n dashboards to share functional effectiveness.Other responsibilities include:
Assist\n with the organization of and participate in certain cross-business\n customer hospitality events, ensuring smooth execution and VIP customer\n service.Oversee\n and process invoices and POs for the brand and communications team working\n in close collaboration with finance and procurement.Additional\n duties as needed across the brand and communications team.YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum\n of 1+ years marketing, communications, or sponsorship management\n experienceProficiency\n in Microsoft Office with expertise in PowerPointUnderstanding\n of creative and production processes for presentations, videos, etc.Expert\n organizational and project management skillsStrong\n communication/presentation skillsFluent\n in written/spoken English, other languages a plusPassion\n for winning!WE VALUE
