THE JOB: 

We are seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist to champion our brand at MGM Resorts International.  In this role, you will lead campaigns that effectively promote our brand while also enhancing the guest experience with your warm demeanor and exceptional service.  You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY RATE:  $23.00 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Supply channel management with essential information for executing campaigns, ensuring that all details meet quality standardsAnalyze campaign performance and recommend strategic adjustments to enhance our marketing initiativesResearch current marketing trends and find ways to integrate them into MGM Resorts International's business practicesIdentify and track internal benchmarks related to marketing trends and delivery standardsEnsure that marketing teams have the necessary tools, data, applications, functionality, and resources to support their business needs effectively

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High school diploma, GED or educational equivalentBachelor's Degree preferredTwo (2) years of previous Marketing experience or Internship in a related fieldFamiliar with Adobe & Microsoft SuiteExperience with project management toolsAbility to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environmentExcellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detailMust be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
